With industrial grade equipment, we grind the dried shrooms into fine powder, and place them into veggie capsules in order to ensure consistency with each dose. They are dried in open air, on racks, indoors in a clean, and dark environment. Our mini and mircodosing capsuls come in at 125mg to 550mg per cap. Our microdosing psilocybin is intended only for therapeutic exploration, and is not meant for recreational "tripping". Discovering your unique mini/microdosing scheduling routine is a fun journey on its own. When choosing to enter the sacred space of microdosing, awareness and safety come first. This involves preparation leading up to your experience, including planning, intention setting, making sure the ‘Set and Setting’ has been thought out, creating a post integration plan and more.
Microdosing psilocybin is typically a dose that is 1/10th to 1/20th the size of what many would take to trip. Don’t worry or be afraid. It’s a microdose and you’ll be fully functional. Some don’t feel much at all but the benefits will still be there and linger for days after. Suggested use is one day on and two days off before repeating. A bottle of 30 capsules can last you 1 to 3 months. Take on an empty stomach, not having eaten for at least an hour. Preferably first thing in the morning. Those with a sensetive stomach may experience light nausea. It's good to have some fresh ginger or mint tea close by to help with this. Especially for your first time, make sure you have a few hours in a quiet setting without distractions or any intense activity. Many enjoy having a journal for writing, a favorite book to read or a playlist of your most inspiring songs. Be open to look at all that comes up for you (even uncomfortable emotions), so you can learn, process, integrate and heal. Microdosing is NOT recommeded for anyone who experiences psychotic episodes.
